After several years working in tree nurseries and cut flowers, Maxime arrived in Lantignié, inspired by the call of living viticulture. He trained with one of the group’s winegrowers while cultivating vines on 3.5 hectares. The programme includes Gamay and Chardonnay grapes cultivated with respect for the environment. Organic farming and sustainability are the watchwords of his project, with a strong commitment from the vine to the bottle.
