Victor Sornin joined his father Frédéric on the family estate in 2023. The first plots were converted to organic farming in 2006, and today all 25 hectares are certified organic. The restructuring and the shift to wider vine spacing, combined with Frédéric’s experience and expertise, allows for greater biodiversity and cover crops across all his plots in Lantigné.
