Anastasia KRITIKOU

The adventure of wine

Producing her own wine was the driving challenge that led Anastasia, an architect, to change careers and set up her own 2.7 hectare estate in 2021. Lantignié accounts for a third of her estate’s surface area. Converting her plots to organic farming was an obvious choice from the outset, with the aim of allowing biodiversity to regain its rightful place.
In the cellar, limiting inputs and plot-by-plot vinification are her allies in enhancing the terroir.

2021

The adventure began, and the first vintage was produced on 2.7 hectares in Beaujolais Lantignié, Régnié, and then Quincié. The conversion to organic farming began.

The vineyard area has been expanded with the addition of 1.8 hectares of Beaujolais Lantignié, including 0.2 hectares of Chardonnay, demonstrating the estate's commitment to the Lantignié appellation. A plot restructuring project is underway. The first vinification of Beaujolais Lantignié white wine has taken place.
